waveform notes // nine seconds, exact
The interval is exactly nine seconds to the frame. I have checked this four times. The artifact is at 0:09:00 if you count from the start of the recording and again at 0:18:00 and 0:27:00. The repetition is precise. I did not notice the second and third occurrences until the third review pass because the first one was what I was focused on. Once I found them they were obvious.
Each occurrence produces the same transcription result: the same name, the same token, the same output from four separate inference passes. The probability of this being random noise resolving to an identical string three times in the same recording is not something I am going to calculate here because the calculation is not the point. The pattern is the point.
The waveform export is done. Hosting is the remaining problem. It cannot go on any service that requires account creation because account creation creates a link between this documentation and an identity. That link would change what the documentation means. Working on a solution that does not require it.
