white truck // second pass

I ran the same route again twenty minutes later and the truck was no longer at the curb where I first photographed it. It had moved two blocks east and was now parked against a loading zone with no active deliveries and no one visible in the cab. Same white body. Same ladder rack. Same rear door dent. It was not random repositioning. It was staging.

The pattern is not only location. It is timing. The truck appears in windows where pedestrian traffic thins but cameras still have clean lines. That window is where the hand-off happens. I am documenting this as a route problem because route problems can be measured, and measured things are harder to dismiss than impressions. The overlap with earlier gap reports becomes clearer if you follow the three missing minutes thread before coming back here.
